Part-Time Administrative Assistant Commercial Property Manager

We're looking for a sharp, personable, and organized Administrative Assistant Property Manager to help manage beautiful Class A commercial office buildings!
This isn't your typical part-time administrative job. You'll be involved in property operations, tenant relationships, vendor coordination, and the business side of commercial real estate!
What You'll Be Doing
- Help manage day-to-day operations of Class A office properties.
- Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and property services. Assist with AP/AR, invoices, lease administration, and CAM reconciliations.
- Support property inspections, tenant move-ins, and financial reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Commercial property management or related real estate experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with commercial leases, AP/AR, and property operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi or MRI experience is a plus!
- A professional, dependable self-starter who enjoys variety and takes initiative.
