Summary

Responsible for maintaining the site’s QMS/EMS, conducting internal audits, supporting customer/regulatory audits,

\n

managing controlled documentation, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with ISO and environmental requirements.

\n

\n

Key Duties

\n

\n

\n
• Site management Rep for QMS and EMS Policies.

\n

• Maintain Internal and external controlled documents and procedures

\n

• Conduct internal audits and Lead / Support external audits.

\n

• Lead evaluation of corrective actions with customers and suppliers.

\n

• Manage calibration programs.

\n

• Monitor ISO 9001, AS9120, and ISO 14001 compliance.

\n

• Maintain SDS and chemical lists.

\n

• Support environmental compliance and LEED initiatives.

\n

• Provide QMS/EMS training & monitor compliance to all training requirements for the Facility

\n

• Prepare and present annual Site management review and associated metrics

\n

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.

\n

• Internal auditor training is preferred.

\n

• ISO document control experience.

\n

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

\n

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

\n

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS9120.

\n

Working Conditions

\n

Warehouse/office environment; extended desk and typing time.
