Our amazing apartment community in Greensboro, NC is looking for a skilled Groundskeeper to join our Maintenance Team! The Groundskeeper is responsible for assigned grounds and some maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Property Manager. This is a full-time position offering with competitive pay!

MAJOR GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for assigned grounds and maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Property Manager or assigned Supervisor.

• Assist in achievement of the community's annual budget plan
• Some maintenance functions
• Physical condition of the community
• Uphold all company policies, goals, and values

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ACTIVITES:

• Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner
• Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas
• Pressure washing, exterior painting and general maintenance of community common areas
• Perform assigned landscaping duties
• Participate in an ongoing improvement plan
• Perform all duties in a manner that results in the highest quality customer satisfaction
• All other duties as may be assigned from time to time
