Shift: Evening shift, Part Time, 4 hr shift, 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.
Location:Long Beach, CA. Multiple locations
Incentives:mileage reimbursement
Common duties for this job:(including but not limited to)
- Cleaning and disinfecting work areas
- Cleaning breakrooms
- Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Restock bathroom and kitchen supplies
- Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies
- Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
- Report building and equipment maintenance issues to management
- Disarm and Arm building
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must care about quality
- Must be detail-oriented and work at an efficient pace
- Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license and insurance
- Must drive from one location to another (Job to Job)
- Must be reliable
- Able to lift up to 38 lbs.
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
- Must portray a good attitude
- Must have a smartphone and know the functions of how to use it
- Ability to use a smartphone to text, take pictures, take videos, and use various apps used by Juniper Cleaning (training in apps will be provided)
- Technological proficiency is a plus
- Experience is not required, but basic knowledge of cleaning is a plus
