What You’ll Do
- Work leads and follow up consistently
- Turn conversations into appointments and clients
- Meet with buyers and sellers
- Show properties and host open houses
- Present and negotiate offers
- Guide clients through the transaction
- Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Who We’re Looking For
You’re driven, dependable, coachable, and ready to build your business. You’re comfortable talking to people, following up, and asking for the business.
Newer agents are welcome. Experience is helpful, but your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most.
