Director of Maintenance
Facility: Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Hazlet, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee the daily operations of our maintenance department and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee all building maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, generators, and general repairs
Supervise and schedule maintenance staff
Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and proper equipment function
Maintain repair, inspection, and warranty records
Coordinate preventative maintenance and facility improvements
Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Previous maintenance management experience required
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance
Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
