Core Tasks Of Facilities Provider: Daily housekeeping and maintenance needs at Hope Acres throughout the day and provide general upkeep of the property and facilities.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred

Proficiency with basic cleaning equipment, products, and techniques

Physical ability to remain standing for most of your shift

Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks is preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks
-
Handles leaf and snow removal as needed
-
Sweeps, mops, polishes, and vacuum floors
-
Mows lawns, waters plants, and removes litter
-
Uses common cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Understanding of public health and safety

Ability to identify safety hazards and violations
