Gaming Capital Group (GCG), a leading vendor in the gaming industry, is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of gaming projects.
The Technical Project Coordinator coordinates the technical requirements of gaming projects and ensures each project is accurate, complete, and ready for execution, working closely with GCG departments and game manufacturers to confirm required software, hardware, components, and documentation are in place.
Major Responsibilities
? Coordinate approved gaming projects, including game installations, removals, conversions, and other project activities.
? Review and scrub project data to ensure accuracy, completeness, software/hardware configuration, and technical compatibility.
? Utilize manufacturer information, GLI letters, PAR sheets, and other technical documentation to validate game and configuration information.
? Coordinate internally with GCG departments, including Game Performance, Regulatory Compliance, Scheduling, and Field Services, to ensure project requirements are identified and addressed.
? Coordinate directly with game manufacturers to verify configurations and build information for new game and conversion requests, obtain required information, and resolve discrepancies or technical issues.
? Verify required software, hardware, components, parts, and other project materials are identified, accurate, and available.
? Track outstanding requirements and coordinate follow-up with GCG departments and manufacturers, maintain accurate project documentation, and communicate project status and outstanding issues to the appropriate GCG teams.
? Identify potential issues or dependencies that could affect project execution and coordinate their resolution.
? Support testing of used games in-house, when applicable, prior to installation.
