The Facilities Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of building systems and equipment. This role requires a skilled professional to manage maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support projects with a focus on compliance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment maintenance and system troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate repairs with internal teams and external contractors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Support facility projects by providing technical expertise and maintenance insight.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance engineering.
- Valid Stationary Engineer’s License.
- EPA Section 608 Certification.
- OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Safety Training certification.
