We are seeking an Part-time Assistant Property Manager (32 Hours/week) to become a part of our dynamic team in La Porte, IN! You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager is directly responsible for the following:
- LIHTC recertifications.
- Leasing and processing applications.
- Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Receivable operations.
- General office administration.
- Specific site administration.
- Tenant/landlord relations.
This position reports directly to the Community Manager in planning and directing the community goals and operations.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Senior Living and housing management, preferred
- Experience with inside sales, leasing
- Experience working with state service agencies such as Medicaid, HUD or LIHTC
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Exceptional communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
