Are you an experienced leader with a passion for maximizing property performance? Woodmont Real Estate Services is looking for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee our beautiful 144-unit apartment community located in the Hayward, CA area.
The Property Manager will be accountable for a broad range of duties including managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining high occupancy levels, supporting our marketing programs, establishing and maintaining financial goals and managing and supporting the property team. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with an expected work week of Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maximize property rents, operating income, and net operating income.
- Control operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain pristine property appearance and manage daily maintenance.
- Lead, motivate, and train property staff to ensure top-tier performance.
- Achieve exceptional customer service satisfaction for residents and prospects.
- Accurately complete all reports and consistently meet owner goals.
- Coordinate efforts across site managers, ensuring alignment with company and owner objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 2 years as a Multifamily Property Manager, with third-party management experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience and skills in sales, marketing, management, and customer service.
- Experience with lease-ups and new developments is a plus.
- Knowledge of tenant eviction, fair housing, and multifamily industry laws, including Federal and California labor laws.
