Required Experience:

\n

\n
• 10+ years of software development experience.

\n

• 3+ years as Technical Lead or Lead Developer.

\n

• Strong experience in enterprise application development.

\n

• Experience leading offshore and onsite teams.

\n

\n

\n

Technical Leadership:

\n

\n
• Lead end-to-end solution design and application development.

\n

• Define technical architecture and development standards.

\n

• Drive best practices around coding, testing, security, and performance.

\n

• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.

\n

• Guide teams through complex technical challenges and production issues.

\n

\n

Hands-on Development:

\n

\n
• Actively participate in coding and development activities.

\n

• Build REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

\n

• Design database solutions and optimize application performance.

\n

• Develop integrations with payment processing platforms and third-party systems.

\n

• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives.

\n

\n

Mandatory Skills: -

\n
• Programming: - Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, RESTful Services, Microservices Architecture

\n

• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Performance Tuning, Data Modeling

\n

• Integration & Messaging: Kafka, IBM MQ, Event-Driven Architecture, API Integrations, DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines

\n

• Cloud & Modernization: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure

\n

\n

Domain Expertise: Payments Domain, Card Processing Systems, Credit/Debit Card Disputes, Chargeback Management, Fraud & Claims Processing
