Job Roles and Responsibilities

Support Principals in managing multiple concurrent projects across various stages of delivery.

Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams through emails, calls, and written correspondence to obtain or share project information.

Draft project communications including memos, letters, emails, and proposals using established templates.

Prepare, edit, and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and organize project directories and manage documentation within file sharing platforms.
-
Update client and project contact information within project management systems.

Assist in updating project schedules using Microsoft Project.

Support updates to project financial tracking systems and assist in monitoring project progress.
-
Coordinate and manage meeting schedules and calendars for senior leadership.

Gather project progress updates by communicating with production teams and updating tracking tools.

Support administrative, organizational, and project coordination tasks as assigned.

Assist with special projects and additional duties as required to support project delivery.
Qualifications and Certifications

Bachelor's degree required.
-
6 to 10 years of professional experience required, preferably in project coordination, architecture, engineering, or construction environments.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
-
Experience with Teams, Zoom, email, and professional communication tools required.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously required.

Familiarity with architecture, engineering, or construction industry preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills required.
