Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician (Non-Certified) to join our team in Lakewood, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining properties or facilities to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, etc.)
- Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with unit turns, minor renovations, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must provide own tools
- Previous maintenance experience preferred (apartment, residential, or commercial)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as required
