Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC)

Job Description

We are looking for an Informatica CDGC Specialist with strong experience in metadata management, data governance, and catalog administration within the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Configure and manage metadata scanning, profiling, and lineage across cloud/on‑prem systems.

\n

• Build and maintain business glossaries, data domains, classifications, and governance workflows.

\n

• Implement and validate end‑to‑end data lineage for databases, APIs, and event‑driven sources.

\n

• Administer catalog assets, ingestion pipelines, and stewardship processes.

\n

• Troubleshoot scanner connectivity, ingestion issues, and lineage gaps.

\n

• Support governance policies, data quality integration, and metadata standards.

\n

Required Skills\n

\n
• 5+ years in Data Governance or Metadata Management.

\n

• Hands‑on experience with Informatica CDGC / IDMC.

\n

• Strong knowledge of metadata ingestion, lineage, glossary, and catalog configuration.

\n

• Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

\n

• Scripting knowledge (Python/Java) for automation is a plus.

\n

Preferred\n

• Experience with Informatica Axon, EDC, or Data Marketplace.

\n

• Understanding of data architecture and governance frameworks
