Our cleaning specialist team is the backbone of that promise. We are looking for a dedicated individual who takes pride in their craft and genuinely cares about others' comfort.
As a cleaning specialist on our concierge services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall atmosphere of our clients' homes. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly reflect the high standards our clients expect and deserve.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Sanitize and disinfect high-traffic areas, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces in accordance with our premium hospitality-grade cleanliness standards.
- Perform thorough mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface cleaning throughout the properties.
- Manage guest laundry and dishwashing needs with care and efficiency.
- Remove and dispose of trash promptly to preserve a pristine environment.
- Maintain all public-facing areas to the highest presentation standards at all times.
- Keep your housekeeping caddy clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and proactively report shortages to your supervisor.
- Identify and communicate any maintenance concerns or repair needs promptly.
- Support fellow team members and assist as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a guest-facing service role preferred.
- A genuine passion for cleanliness, order, and delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A positive, professional attitude with a commitment to going above and beyond.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout a full shift.
