Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000 to $180,000 per year

Lead complex hospital and clinical construction projects on a senior management track with a growing, people-first builder.

Must-Haves
\n
- \n
- 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience with hospital renovations and expansions in occupied, active healthcare environments
- Knowledge of phasing, infection control (ICRA), life safety (ILSM), and complex MEP systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments
- Strong client management and communication skills

What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Lead healthcare construction projects for hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities
- Drive success through strong scheduling, process, and project controls
- Coordinate work in occupied hospitals with minimal disruption to patient care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ICRA, and ILSM requirements
- Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and facility teams
- Lead OAC meetings and monthly project status reviews
- Support preconstruction and business development, including RFP responses and client interviews
- Grow long-term healthcare client relationships
