Job Description
Lead new product introduction and technology transfer programs from business case to launch for a drug product development team at a leading biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico.
What you'll do
<ul>
<li>Build integrated schedules, resource plans, risk registers and budgets.</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional NPI and tech transfer teams.</li>
<li>Manage change control and project controls on capital work.</li>
<li>Report progress and risks to leadership.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree + 6 years of project management (or Master's + 4, or PhD + 2) in pharma/biotech.</li>
<li>NPI, technology transfer or commercialization programs.</li>
<li>Change control and capital projects.</li>
<li>Process validation background is a plus.</li>
</ul>
