The Relocation Consultant is responsible for the coordination and administration of relocation services. These services include scheduling and monitoring the transferee's move process while maintaining direct contact with transferees from the initiation of the order through the successful completion of their relocation. This position also serves as a backup to the Relocation Manager and provides administrative support as needed.
Due to the volume of daily communication with Spanish-speaking transferees, clients, and business partners, this position requires fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and assess transferees' needs based on assigned relocation policies.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding the relocation process and individual relocation needs.
- Schedule, manage, and cancel temporary lodging reservations across 11 states.
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with suppliers, transferees, and client contacts.
- Serve as backup and support to the Relocation Manager.
- Complete data entry and file reviews accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is required due to the essential communication responsibilities of this position.
- Strong customer service ethic and professional attitude.
- Realtor experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Banking experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to accurately maintain transferee information across multiple systems.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Positive team player who values collaboration and an inclusive workplace.
- Active real estate license is preferred but not required.
