Responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and sanitizing common area.

Perform custodian day and night porter duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.

Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenshing supplies.

Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.

Clean and sanitize high- touched areas.

Dust and detailed low and high surfaces.

Maintain the cleanliness and safety in stairways.

Maintain cleaninless and spills in elevators.

Performed any additional task by supervisor.

Follow safety regulations.

Report maintenance and repair issues.
