Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures.
- Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office spaces, hallways, and common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean and sanitize breakrooms, conference rooms, and employee common areas.
- Wipe down desks, countertops, windows, and high-touch surfaces.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Ensure facility cleanliness meets company standards at all times.
- Perform additional custodial duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Work Environment:
- Indoor office and facility environment.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass any client-specific screening requirements.
- Steel-toed shoes may be required depending on facility requirements.
