Senior BIM Coordinator – Architecture & Digital Delivery

We are working with an established architectural design consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to take a leading role in the delivery of complex building projects.
\n
\n
This opportunity would suit someone with a strong technical background in Revit, multidisciplinary model coordination and BIM management, who is comfortable taking ownership of digital delivery across project teams.
\n
\n
You'll work alongside architects, designers and technical specialists, helping teams maintain high standards of model quality, improve coordination and make effective use of digital design technologies.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n

- Take the lead on BIM coordination and digital delivery across multiple architectural projects.
- Manage the setup, structure and ongoing development of complex Revit models.
- Oversee multidisciplinary model coordination, identifying and resolving clashes and technical issues.
- Establish effective BIM workflows and ensure project teams follow agreed delivery requirements.
- Review model quality, data consistency and compliance with project standards.
- Act as a senior technical resource for Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and associated applications.
- Work closely with project leads to improve collaboration and information management.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to BIM Coordinators, designers and other project team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve modelling efficiency and digital delivery processes.

What We're Looking For
\n
\n
- \n
- Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator, Senior BIM Coordinator or similar technical role.
- Strong background working on medium to large-scale architectural or multidisciplinary projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with strong working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Experience with clash detection, model federation and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, information management and project delivery requirements.
- Confidence managing technical challenges and supporting multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related discipline.

Experience with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, BIM 360, Bluebeam or architectural visualisation software would be beneficial.
