About the Role:
ALWINE SECURITY is a locally owned, fast-growing security installation company specializing in alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and related security solutions. We’re looking for a driven Field Service Manager to lead our service team and help us continue delivering exceptional results to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise technical service technicians, scheduling, and field operations
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems including alarms, cameras, and access control
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical service issues
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of service calls and work orders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in security systems installation, service, or a related technical field
- Prior supervisory or management experience leading technical teams
- Hands-on knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and low-voltage wiring
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a field service environment
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Relevant industry certifications (ESA, NICET, or similar) a plus
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
