Job Description
Monmouth Rehab &amp; Nursing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our skilled nursing facility safe, comfortable, and operating efficiently for residents and staff.
Pay: $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily maintenance operations and repairs</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems</li>
<li>Prioritize work orders and maintenance requests</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards</li>
<li>Assist with supervising maintenance staff and vendors as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous maintenance experience required</li>
<li>Supervisory experience preferred</li>
<li>Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance</li>
<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li>
