Job Title: System Software Programmer / Full Stack Developer
Location: Columbia, SC
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Schedule: Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite Per Week

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to support the maintenance and operations of a statewide case management system. The role involves designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying enterprise-scale web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET.
  • Design and develop SQL Server databases, scripts, and data-driven applications.
  • Develop web services and application components using N-tier architecture.
  • Perform coding, debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
  • Review existing application designs and code and recommend improvements.
  • Design and document system components and subsystems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and technical teams.
  • Participate in integrated testing on test and production servers.
  • Support source control, build management, testing systems, and technical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, technical leaders, functional teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and integrating Imaging, Document Management, and Data Capture Systems.
  • 7+ years of experience independently designing and implementing medium- to large-scale software systems and components using MS .NET architecture.
  • 7+ years of experience developing data-driven applications utilizing SQL.
  • 5+ years of experience building and deploying web-based software systems utilizing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly scalable approaches, and complex security models/implementations.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, .NET, and MS SQL Server.
  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with family court case management application development.
  • Experience using KOFAX products.
  • Experience with performance, security, and testing processes.
  • Experience with Agile software development.
