The Construction Project Team Lead is a field leadership role responsible for owning and executing construction and maintenance projects ranging from half-day jobs to month-long engagements. This position combines hands-on trade work, project coordination, crew leadership, subcontractor management, and operational problem-solving.
The Project Team Lead serves as the primary field owner of assigned projects—responsible for planning, execution, quality control, scheduling, client communication, and successful completion. This person works closely withLead Contractor to make decisions regarding scope, execution, subcontractors, and jobsite strategy, and is expected to think and operate like a business owner, not just a tradesperson.
