WhatYou'llDo
Thisroleisapproximatelya50/50splitbetweenofficecoordinationandfieldsupport.
MaintenanceCoordination(50%)
- Scheduleapproximately30maintenanceandservicecallseachweekacrossmultiplefieldtechnicians
- Coordinatetechnicianscheduleswhilebalancingcustomerprioritiesandemergencyrequests
- Communicatewithcustomersregardingappointments,timelines,andserviceupdates
- Preparequotes,workorders,andassistwithinvoicing
- Ensuretechnicianshavetheinformationandresourcesneededforsuccessfulservicecalls
Hands-OnMechanicalSupport(50%)
- Trainalongsideexperiencedtechniciansperformingpredictivemaintenanceandequipmentinspections
- Traveltocustomerfacilitiesthroughouttheregion
- Assistwithtroubleshootingandevaluatingindustrialmechanicalequipment
- Learnspecializedpredictivemaintenancetechniques,includingvibrationanalysis
- Developintoanindependentfieldtechnicianovertime

Ourcustomersincludeutilities,watertreatmentfacilities,papermills,hospitals,andothercriticalinfrastructurethatoperate24/7.Becauseofthis,occasionalweekendoremergencyschedulingsupportmayberequired.
