Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer intakes and gather pertinent information
- Assist with troubleshooting questions and provide guidance
- Schedule repair appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups
- Develop customer relationships through phone and in-person interactions
- Create work orders in appropriate systems
- Provide status updates to customers as requested
- Document service activities accurately for historical tracking and payment
- Escalate technical issues to higher expertise when necessary
- Support warranty process by analyzing customer issues and filing claims
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion of Secondary Education
