Sixteen years ago, that's exactly what the founder of this Boca-based GC set out to do. He helped grow one of South Florida's larger general contractors into a name everyone in the market knows, earning a reputation for quality, leadership, and getting it done right. After building that legacy, he sold his share and did the boldest thing a builder can do: he started over.
Now he's building something new. From the ground up. And he's looking for the right person to build it with him.
The Opportunity
This isn't a seat at an established shop where you're one of fifty. This is a chance to get in early with a proven builder and become a true leader as the company grows. The first project is a 40,000 sq ft office buildout in Boca — with more behind it.
We're looking for a Lead Superintendent ready to make the jump, take ownership in the field, and help shape the culture and standards of a growing GC.
What You'll Do
- Run the job in the field — schedule, subs, safety, and quality from start to finish
- Take full ownership of project execution and on-site leadership
- Set the tone and standard as one of the company's early field leaders
- Partner directly with ownership as the company scales
What We're Looking For
- Proven Superintendent experience (commercial / interiors / office buildout a plus)
- Someone who wants to lead, not just manage
- Strong communication and the ability to drive a job forward
- A builder mentality — someone who takes pride in the work and wants to grow with a company
