Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Property Management
• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of residential rental units
• Market vacant units, screen tenants, and execute lease agreements
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and manage security deposits
• Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor relationships
• Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and initiate eviction proceedings when necessary
• Prepare monthly owner statements and financial reports
• Ensure properties remain compliant with local housing codes and landlord-tenant laws
Real Estate Sales
• Represent buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of properties
• Analyze potential investment properties using key metrics
• Support portfolio growth by identifying on and off-market opportunities
Requirements:
• Active Real Estate License in Florida.
• Minimum 1–3 years of property management experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of 40+ units
• Working knowledge of landlord-tenant laws in Florida
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail Oriented

• Real estate license
• Experience with investment property analysis preferred
