RezCor supplies air conditioning equipment, appliances, and maintenance products to multifamily properties across Florida. We are hiring an IT Systems Engineer to support our employees, administer our IT systems, and help improve day-to-day business operations. This position reports directly to our CIO.

What you'll do
\n
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, printers, software, and basic networking issues.
\n
• Provide responsive end-user support by phone, email, messaging, and in person, explaining solutions clearly.
\n
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Windows Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SAP.
\n
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
\n
• Support business applications and coordinate technical issues with internal teams and vendors.
\n
• Assist with SAP reporting and system modifications; SQL scripting knowledge is helpful for this work.
\n
• Document technical procedures and help evaluate and deploy improvements to RezCor's systems.
\n

What we're looking for
\n
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows users and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
\n
• Experience administering Windows Active Directory and Microsoft 365 accounts and access.
\n
• Ability to diagnose problems, prioritize support requests, and communicate effectively with nontechnical colleagues.
\n
• A practical approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new systems.
\n
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Hialeah, Florida.
\n

Helpful additional skills
\n
• SQL scripting knowledge for SAP reporting and modifications.
\n
• SAP or other ERP experience.
\n
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
\n
