Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As we anticipate the retirement of a valued long-tenured technician, and are looking to make a long-term hire. Our facility specializes in manufacturing concrete mix and delivering it via mixing trucks. We have a large conveyor and mixer on site that dispenses directly into trucks.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on conveyor and roller systems.
- Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct electrical wiring and repair tasks.
- Maintain and troubleshoot gates and way hoppers.
- Handle 480V electricity with safety and proficiency.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting, if experienced.
Essential Skills
- Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Strong electrical wiring and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to maintain conveyors and rollers.
- Experience with 480V electricity.
- Knowledge of schematic reading and welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Programming PLCs.
- Experience swapping large motors.
- Prior experience in concrete manufacturing is a plus.

Work Environment
This is a standard manufacturing environment where candidates should be comfortable being exposed to the elements regularly. You will be working on concrete manufacturing equipment, which may involve getting concrete mix materials on you.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $35.00/hr.
