A dynamic, full-time Maintenance Supervisor/Service Manager position is available at an outstanding apartment community in Mount Pleasant. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!
The apartment community has 175+ units.
The position requires you to live within 30 minutes of the property. EPA CERTIFICATION REQUIRED / BEAUTIFUL NEW COMMUNITY

Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of experience in the maintenance field
- Multifamily housing experience preferred
- Overseeing a staff of 2 technicians / managerial skills required
- Make Ready
- Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry
- Apartment turns / Work orders
- Honest, loyal, and reliable
