As an AI Software Engineer, you will help design and develop intelligent algorithms that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

You'll collaborate with technical professionals and business subject matter experts to develop solutions using Python, machine learning, rule-based logic, third-party integrations, and modern AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI algorithms and automation solutions using Python.
- Build intelligent solutions that streamline complex business processes and reduce manual effort.
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code following established development standards.
- Utilize machine learning, rule-based logic, internal data, and third-party integrations to support AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to research, design, and implement solutions.
- Test, deploy, debug, refactor, and continuously improve algorithms and applications.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and research initiatives.
- Apply business and industry knowledge to improve algorithm accuracy and effectiveness.
- Ensure solutions meet established quality, security, and development standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- At least 2 years of programming experience or 2 years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to develop, test, and maintain reliable technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Python programming and algorithm development experience.
- Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automation technologies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance or other data-intensive industries.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
