TROY MANOR, located in Troy, Missouri is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant
to join our team.
Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>
Assure that all defective machines, equipment, and appliances are repaired or replaced
</li>
<li>
See that grounds and facility are kept safe, neat, and orderly
</li>
<li>
Conduct monthly fire drills
</li>
<li>
Organize, maintain, and store all department-specific supplies and equipment
</li>
<li>
Inventory, identify and help store resident’s personal possessions on an ongoing basis
</li>
<li>
Complete forms, reports, evaluations, studies, etc. related to the Maintenance Department
</li>
<li>
Make sure all maintenance work meets quality standards
</li>
<li>
Follow planned program of preventive maintenance
</li>
<li>
Must be available on call for urgent facility needs
</li>
