Senior Technical Business Lead
Location: Harrisburg, PA Hybrid
Work Arrangement: Onsite 2 3 days/week at Harrisburg, PA 17110
Interview: First round via Microsoft Teams
Contract
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Lead to bridge business needs and technical solutions for PEMA/OSFC application development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate development team stand-ups and project activities.
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify and resolve IT solutions.
- Support Incident and Change Management.
- Manage application inventory, documentation, and portfolio support.
- Review business requirements and assist with development estimates.
- Provide project status updates and support modernization initiatives.
- Help evaluate and adopt COTS solutions.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of DevOps experience.
- 5 years with Scrum/Agile/Iterative/Waterfall methodologies.
- 5 years in IT Project Management.
- 5 years in problem-solving, analytical, and client communication skills.
- 2 years of ITSM experience with Remedy and/or ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of application development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with modernization projects.
- Understanding of security and accessibility requirements.
Preferred: Experience working with government/public-sector applications.
