This role focuses on transforming properties into modern, livable spaces by assisting with upgrades, repairs, and cosmetic improvements.
Responsibilities
- Execute interior and exterior renovations across assigned properties.
- Install and repair drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and trim.
- Assist with painting, plumbing, and light electrical tasks.
- Troubleshoot structural or mechanical issues during remodels.
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized work site and ensure safety compliance.
- Load/unload tools and materials needed for renovation projects.
- Document work performed and communicate progress daily.
- Provide occasional support with routine maintenance if needed.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in plumbing, carpentry, and drywall.
- Knowledge in drainage, air conditioning, and appliance repair.
- Background in residential construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and renovation techniques.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
