Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite - Charlotte, NC, Jersey City, NJ, or Plano, TX

$70-78/hour W2; Not available C2C or 1099

- \n
- Experienced Scrum Master with active certifications and a commitment to continuing education and staying current with Agile trends.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including dashboard creation and expert-level JQL (Jira Query Language).
- Experience leveraging AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to improve team productivity and workflows.
- Proven experience supporting Agile teams across implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
- Infrastructure project experience is highly preferred.
