Job Description

Cambio Consulting Group LLC is seeking to hire a full-time Multimedia Support Specialist to support the U.S. Army Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCoE) Ordnance School at Fort Lee, Virginia. The Specialist is an on-site multimedia resource for the Ordnance School Command Group and Commander's Initiative Group (CIG). You will build and maintain the Ordnance SharePoint and Teams environment, produce General Officer level briefings, create photo, video, and print products, and support the command's strategic planning, engagement, communication, and messaging efforts.

The specialist will work with a high degree of independence, working alongside Ordnance School, CASCOM, and TRADOC staff. You will take each tasking from the start through final approval, schedule and lead your own in-progress reviews, and keep leadership informed through the CIG Tasking Log. Some work may be done remotely when workload permits and the Government approves. About 60% of the work is SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint, and about 40% is communication products, photography, video, and meeting support.

Required on-site at 2221 Adams Avenue, Fort Lee, VA, 23801 - generally in building 5020 (CASCOM HQ). Work hours are Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1700, with occasional early, late, or surge hours for major events.

Local travel is required with travel within 60 miles/minutes by surface travel from the Government facility located at USA Combined Arms Support Command, Fort Lee, VA.

\n


\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI

\n

    \n
  • Maintain and improve the Ordnance SharePoint site and Teams workspaces, including pages, lists, libraries, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports
  • \n

  • Support the migration from DISA SharePoint 2016 and TRADOC Enterprise SharePoint 2013 to Army 365 SharePoint Online
  • \n

  • Manage user permissions and grant access within 72 hours of each request, following Ordnance School business rules
  • \n

  • Build and improve dashboards and reports for the Ordnance Strategic Plan (OSP) and the Ordnance Engagement Synchronization Strategy (OESS), including filtered views of nominated, approved, and completed engagements and linked lists between the two
  • \n

  • Maintain the TDY Approval workflow, including approver lists, user help, and troubleshooting
  • \n

  • Maintain the CIG slide library so command slides are current, sorted by department, and ready for senior leader briefings
  • \n

  • Check links, graphics, and photos across the site each quarter, and update leadership photos within one working day of a change of command or responsibility
  • \n

  • Recommend improvements to SharePoint, Teams, and workflow capabilities, including custom code where needed, and implement them after Government approval
  • \n

  • Train new OSP Leads one on one or in small groups and answer their reporting questions
  • \n

\n

Command Briefings and Messaging

\n

    \n
  • Draft, revise, and finalize General Officer level briefings, including the monthly CASCOM Commanding General Update, Distinguished Visitor briefs, Town Halls, State of the Corps, and special event briefings such as Hall of Fame and Sustainment Week
  • \n

  • Write fact sheets, talking points, speeches, executive summaries, information papers, safety messages, and emails for leadership signature
  • \n

  • Build PowerPoint templates for the CIG and OSP Leads, and consolidate Action Plans into a single brief for Line of Effort (LOE) meetings
  • \n

  • Consolidate engagements from command calendars into the weekly placemat and calendar products for the Chief of Staff Calendar Synch meeting
  • \n

  • Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for products with longer timelines
  • \n

  • Proofread, edit, and lay out every product to Army, TRADOC, CASCOM, and Ordnance School style and formatting standards
  • \n

\n

Photography, Video, Print, and Social Media

\n

    \n
  • Photograph and film Ordnance School, CASCOM, Fort Lee, and community events, including conferences, staff rides, media days, and ceremonies
  • \n

  • Produce about 60 videos and livestreams each year
  • \n

  • Design about 24 print products each year, such as posters, brochures, flyers, pocket folders, and announcements
  • \n

  • Prepare about 12 information campaign plans and storyboards each year that report social media and web analytics, hours spent, and measures of performance and effectiveness
  • \n

  • Edit and assemble articles with photos, tables, and graphics for publication
  • \n

  • Post content to Facebook, Instagram, X, and other platforms in line with CASCOM Public Affairs guidance
  • \n

  • Coordinate with the CASCOM G6 Webmaster to update the Ordnance website, the Sustainment Knowledge Network (SKN), and the Army Sustainment Resource Portal (ASRP)
  • \n

  • Build trackers in SharePoint or Teams to manage the social media schedule and communication products
  • \n

\n

Meeting and Administrative Support

\n

    \n
  • Issue data calls, schedule meetings, and assemble final products for up to four LOE update meetings each month, the weekly Chief of Staff Calendar Synch, and other command meetings
  • \n

  • Set up conference rooms with name plates, Defense Collaboration Services (DCS), Teams, and phone bridges
  • \n

  • Send the Chief of Staff a summary of due-outs by close of business on the day of each LOE meeting
  • \n

  • Post digital copies and print and bind hard copies of briefings according to the CIG SOP
  • \n

  • Attend weekly CIG Huddles and Tasking Log reviews, and correct products within five working days of receiving Government comments
  • \n

  • Provide input to the monthly status report
  • \n

Minimum Required Qualifications:

\n

    \n
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • \n

  • Active SECRET clearance
  • \n

  • 5+ years of combined experience in SharePoint site management and multimedia production (graphic design, photography, video, and presentations)
  • \n

  • 3+ years building executive-level briefings or communication products for senior military, federal, or corporate leaders
  • \n

  • Demonstrated experience building SharePoint lists, libraries, forms, workflows, and dashboards, and managing site permissions
  • \n

  • Demonstrated experience shooting and editing photo and video, including livestream production
  • \n

  • Demonstrated experience designing print products from concept to print-ready files
  • \n

  • Microsoft SharePoint (SharePoint Online and on-premises versions) and related tools, including InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Power BI, and Microsoft Business Intelligence Development Studio
  • \n

  • Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • \n

  • Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • \n

  • Professional digital camera and video equipment
  • \n

  • Social media platforms and their analytics tools
  • \n

  • Fluent English with excellent writing, editing, and speaking skills
  • \n

  • Able to present information clearly to General Officers and senior staff
  • \n

  • Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards
  • \n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Information Systems, or a related field
  • \n

  • Prior experience supporting a U.S. Army, TRADOC, or CASCOM command group, CIG, or public affairs office
  • \n

  • Military service or experience with Army staff products, such as executive summaries, information papers, OPORDs, FRAGOs, and TASKORDs
  • \n

  • Experience supporting a SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online migration
  • \n

  • Microsoft certifications such as Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or Microsoft 365 certifications
  • \n

  • Adobe Certified Professional credential
  • \n

  • Familiarity with the Ordnance Corps or Army logistics and sustainment
  • \n
