Overview
Client First Technologies currently is seeking a Data Architecture, Advanced in support of our government customer. The Data Architect (CSWF – Advanced) reviews and analyzes the organization's data infrastructure, designs data solutions, and leads database performance monitoring and optimization for the government customer.
This is a hybrid remote work opportunity; the onsite location is Patuxent River, MD.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements:
- Review and analyze the enterprise data infrastructure; plan future database architectures and implement solutions to store and manage data across the WARS platform and related systems
- Provide data architecture, strategy development, metadata management, and data governance support
- Prepare logical and physical database models including security policies and index strategies
- Provide data schema development, documentation, and data model development and integration support
- Assess, design, deploy, and sustain data architecture/framework aligned with government cloud and on-premise environments
- Perform continuous evaluation and architectural planning to integrate business systems and provide analytical data sets and reporting solutions
- Provide data engineering, security, and privacy support; ensure compliance with RMF requirements
Qualifications
All qualifications are required unless specifically marked as preferred.
- Meets the DCWF Work Role 422 (Data Management) Advanced qualification via one of: (a) Education qualification, (b) Training qualification, or (c) Certification qualification as defined in the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (https://public.cyber.mil/wid/dcwf/)
- At least seven (7) years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description, or meets the military equivalent OJT requirement
- Must achieve CSWF qualification no later than thirty (30) days after performance start date
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Occasional travel and overtime may be required
Required Clearances and Screenings
- This position is subject to a government background investigation and requires an active SECRET security clearance. Candidates with a current DoD Tier 3/NACLC or equivalent background investigation (e.g., Active Secret) are preferred.
