Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of software engineering, solution architecture, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and/or Python application development, experience building enterprise-grade platforms, and the ability to work directly with clients to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
\n
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed with client teams, lead technical discovery, design and develop innovative solutions, integrate complex enterprise systems, and drive successful production deployments. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, and problem resolution.

Mandatory Qualifications

- 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on development experience in Java and/or Python (mandatory)
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise applications, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, and cloud-native development
- Experience leading technical discussions, solution workshops, and design reviews
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilots, and production implementations.
