Title: Application Engineer

Compensation: 130K-160K/Year

Job Duties:
- Develop custom automation concepts based on customer requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, project scopes, cost estimates, pricing, and risk assessments.
- Build customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Management to ensure project feasibility and successful execution.
- Manage scope changes, project milestones, and customer communication.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior applications engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in applications engineering, project management, or engineered solutions.
- Experience with custom automation, capital equipment, or complex engineered systems; medical device or life sciences experience preferred.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, cost estimation, and technical proposal development.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PandaDoc or similar tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
