Janitor / Custodian – Production &amp; Warehouse Facility

We are seeking a dependable Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across offices, warehouse, and production areas. This is a hands-on, safety-sensitive role essential to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Clean offices, warehouse areas, restrooms, cafeterias, and break rooms</li>
<li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial equipment</li>
<li>Empty trash, recycling, corrugated, and plastics into proper compactors</li>
<li>Clean windows, walls, light fixtures, and mirrors</li>
<li>Sanitize bathrooms and common areas</li>
<li>Operate balers and ensure trash lines are operational</li>
<li>Report spills, safety issues, and maintenance needs</li>
<li>Monitor and request cleaning supplies</li>
<li>Follow GMPs, safety standards, and company policies</li>
</ul>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand/walk for long periods</li>
<li>Comfortable working in hot or cold warehouse conditions</li>
<li>Strong safety awareness (safety-sensitive position)</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions</li>
<li>Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed</li>
