Job Description

Janitorial Associate 1st Shift

Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary Position

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate for a well-established manufacturing facility to join their team on 1st shift. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors as needed
Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Check and replace batteries in dispensers as needed
Unclog sinks, toilets, and drains using appropriate tools and cleaning products
Monitor inventory levels and maintain janitorial supply areas
Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and repair needs to management
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
