Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience implementing and configuring Manhattan WMS platforms in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Manhattan SCALE system configuration, customization, and deployment workflows.
- Experience in managing complex logistics, distribution, and warehouse supply chain operations.
- Experience with integrating WMS platforms with ERP networks, EDI systems, and legacy AS400 architectures.
- Experience in executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience with writing SQL queries and implementing automated warehouse control and material handling systems.
- Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver technical end-user training.
Responsibilities
- Drive the deployment and technical configuration of Manhattan SCALE WMS across multiple logistics facilities.
- Translate complex business and supply chain requirements into precise technical system configurations.
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle spanning design, system testing, UAT, cutover, and production go-live.
- Architect system integrations connecting the new WMS platform with legacy AS400 and ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production system failures and execute strategic process and performance enhancements.
- Document customized platform configurations and generate comprehensive training materials for operational staff.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional warehouse operations, supply chain leadership, and IT engineering departments.
