Position: Quality Technician
Pay: $22.50/hour
Shift: Rotating, 7am-7pm
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Technician to start immediately at $22.50 per hour. Enjoy comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on quality support and inspections in a packaging warehouse
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and uphold GMP standards
- Analyze quality data and investigate root causes of issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety policies
- Maintain quality control procedures and participate in audits
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing (blow mold, extrusion, injection, stretch)
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as TQM, 6-Sigma, ISO 9001, and EHS standards
- Ability to analyze data statistically and facilitate problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and SAP (preferred)
Skills
- Quality assurance and process improvement expertise
- Deep understanding of quality control procedures and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with GMP practices and COA management
- Experience with internal and external audits
- Ability to work a rotating shift (7am-7pm) and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
