About the Opportunity:

Right now, our clients are expanding their teams and are looking for Maintenance Technicians of all skill levels—from entry-level mechanically inclined individuals to master-level automation technicians.

What We Are Looking For (Any of the following counts!):
Whether your expertise is deep in one area or a mix of a few, you have a place on the team:
- Mechanical Skillset: Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyor systems, gearboxes, pumps, or welding/fabrication.
- Electrical Skillset: Experience with 110V/480V three-phase wiring, motor controls, panel building, or electrical troubleshooting.
- Automation/Advanced Skillset: Experience with PLC troubleshooting or programming (Allen Bradley/Siemens), robotics (Fanuc/Motoman), or CNC machinery maintenance.
- Entry-Level / Apprentices: Solid background using hand tools, a history of working in industrial/automotive environments, and a strong desire to learn the trade from veteran techs.
Responsibilities (Scale based on experience):
- Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) on manufacturing and production machinery.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or mechanical drawings.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop floor environment.
