URGENT HIRING: Salesforce Solutions Expert / Architect

accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Salesforce expert to lead enterprise solution architecture, development, and integrations.
\n
Location: Hybrid—Research Triangle Park, Durham, NC
\n
Eligibility: Only candidates currently local to Raleigh; U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only
\n
Employment: W‑2 with accel bi corporation
\n
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annual gross salary, inclusive of all benefits
\n
Start: Immediate availability preferred
\n

Responsibilities:
\n
• Architect secure, scalable Salesforce solutions and complex API integrations.
\n
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, data models, and solution diagrams.
\n
• Guide development teams, lead code reviews, and support Agile delivery.
\n
• Define security, performance, backup, recovery, and data migration strategies.
\n
• Support Salesforce environments, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
\n
Required experience:
\n
• 7+ years in requirements analysis, business process design, and Salesforce architecture/development.
\n
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce administration, configuration, architectural patterns, and unit testing.
\n
• Experience with object-oriented design, ETL/data migration, mobile architecture, Salesforce Shield, and Lightning.
\n
• 5+ years with Salesforce DevOps/CI/CD, GitHub/Bitbucket, Agile methodologies, and accessibility requirements, including WCAG 2.1.
\n
Mandatory certifications:
\n
• Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect
\n
• Salesforce Integration Architect
\n
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
\n
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
\n
• Copado
\n
• MuleSoft I and II
\n
Candidates must work onsite 2–3 days weekly. Interviews may be via webcam or in person.
