Position: Custodian (Manufacturing Facility)

Job Type: Temp to hire

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Training: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (temporary)

Location: Algonquin, IL

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Custodian to join our manufacturing team! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, cafeteria, offices, and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and visitors.
• Initially work primarily at our headquarters, with the opportunity to travel to our Technology Center and Warehouse as responsibilities expand.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow a cleaning schedule.
• Must be able to perform routine cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed.
