Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of an apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong multifamily maintenance experience, leadership skills, and hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise and lead the maintenance team</li>
<li>Complete and oversee work orders, repairs, and apartment make-readies</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance and maintain community grounds and equipment</li>
<li>Ensure vacant units are ready for new residents</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained community</li>
<li>Respond to emergency maintenance issues when necessary</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience required</li>
<li>Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience preferred</li>
<li>HVAC certification or EPA certification required</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and repair skills</li>
<li>Ability to lead a maintenance team and prioritize daily tasks</li>
<li>Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented</li>
<li>Must be able to work independently and as part of a team</li>
